What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment for store credit or exchange only. Size changes, style change, change of mind are eligible only for store credit or exchange.

• They must be in original condition without any perfume scent, tanning oil, makeup and etc. 
• Hygiene sticker and/or tags MUST be attached
• Garment bag MUST be returned as well if you are returning the entire order. If partial return, you do not need to send back the garment back.
• Free mystery set MUST be returned if you are returning the entire order.

Giftcards and sale items are FINAL SALE. 

Are there any charges for return?

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• All Countries: You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

Are there any charges for exchanges?

• All Countries: Exchanges are sent with free standard shipping so there are no extra charges. If you need the exchanged items expedited, there will be additional charges.

How soon will I get my giftcard?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
• If you are approved, a giftcard will be sent within one business day
